If everything runs smoothly, it can take between 5 to 10 business days to go live, but often it takes a bit longer.

We typically run two onboarding processes in parallel:

You can create a test project and start the white-labeling process by providing all the necessary branding information. Complete all of the preparations via the Dashboard Get Started page and finalize all required integrations.

Once you have done the test setup and integration preparation you can create a production project and follow the steps to request go-live. It takes 2 to 5 business days for us to invite you to a production project and another 1 to 2 business days to review your production project. If you do not pass the review, we process feedback on a day-to-day basis per outstanding issue.

Once your project has been approved, we simply switch your white-label applications to the Production Project.

We have a lot of experience doing app store submissions, but every now and then Apple or Google may introduce new requirements that could delay the process.
