What are User action page URLs?

When users set or reset a password, verify an email address, or request for their account to be deactivated, the Rehive platform generates URLs with unique parameters for that user's request. To ensure that users are directed to your custom domain for these actions, Rehive has made it easy to generate or add URLs for these pages using your domain.

Usage

White-label clients hosting the Web App with Rehive

White-label clients hosting the Web App with Rehive should add and then activate their white-label wallet domain in the App Domain section of the App Extension. After successful activation, Rehive will automatically generate user action page URLs using your domain. Once these have been generated, do not change them, or else users will not be able to set or change their passwords, verify email addresses, or request account deactivations.

If you have accidentally changed a URL, you can go to the App Domain page in the App Extension and regenerate them using your activated domain. You can override the URLs for a specific group below if you want users in that group to be directed to different URLs.

White-label clients hosting the Web App themselves

White-label clients hosting the Web App themselves should add their white-label wallet domain in the App Domain section of the App Extension. After successfully adding your domain, Rehive will automatically generate user action page URLs using your domain URL. Once these have been generated, do not change them, or else users will not be able to set or change their passwords, verify email addresses, or request account deactivations.

If you have accidentally changed a URL, you can go to the App Domain page in the App Extension and regenerate them using your added domain. You can override the URLs for a specific group below if you want users in this group to be directed to different URLs.

API-only clients

API-only clients should host user action pages on their domain (clients using Rehive's Web App don't have to do this because these pages already exist in our app). Rehive offers templates for these pages which you can customize to use your branding and company colors. Visit the Hosting and user action page URLs section to set these URLs up and download the templates.

If you have accidentally changed a URL, you can go to the Hosting and user action page URLs page and re-enter the URLs for your pages. Rehive will re-add them to all of your user-section groups. You can override the URLs for a specific group below if you want users in this group to be directed to different URLs.
