The Stellar Foundation provides an easy-to-use tool called the Stellar Friendbot for funding new Stellar Testnet accounts with testnet lumens (TXLM). To fund your account follow these steps:
Scroll down to the “Friendbot: Fund a test network account” section.
Input your Stellar account’s Public Key and click “Get test network lumens”
Your account should now be funded!
