Transaction collections are a way of grouping related transactions together. These are identified by a collection id. The Rehive platform automatically groups these related transactions together.

Examples of transaction collections:

  • A transfer transaction between two recipients where a fee was charged to the sender and credited to the business. The debit, credit, fee debit and fee credit would all be grouped together under a transaction collection id.

  • Purchasing products through the product extension. Each product is its own transaction. Any credits to the merchant will also fall under the collection id.

In the transaction history list transactions can be filtered by collection id to see all related transactions.

You can view a transaction’s collection information in the transaction details modal in the Dashboard.
