1. Create and Verify your Bridge Account

Before you begin, ensure youโ€™ve completed the following:

  • โœ… Created a Bridge account

  • โœ… Completed KYB/KYC verification with Bridge

  • โœ… Have access to your API credentials and admin customer ID

Follow the steps here.

๐Ÿ” Only the Bridge account owner or authorized admins can access these credentials.

2. Create a Rehive Test Project

If you have not done so already, create a new Rehive project, and select Bridge as the custody model during setup.

After completing the test set up and training you're ready to go live. You can then create a separate production project Rehive to launch your app with live users. Bridge only provides 1 account that is used by both your Rehive test and production projects.

3. Go to the Get Started page

In your Rehive project, navigate to the Get Started page and click โ€œAdd API Credsโ€ under the Bridge section.
โ€‹

4. Enter your Bridge credentials

Fill in the required fields. See below where to generate, find and copy it from the Bridge Dashboard.

  • Bridge API Key โ€“ Login to Bridge as the account owner and navigate to the API Keys section to Generate and copy the API Key. Make sure the key is prefaced with sk-live-xxxxxxx.

  • Admin Customer ID โ€“ Go to the Customers section in Bridge, select your verified business, and copy the Customer ID:

Once credentials are added and verified, your Rehive project will be connected to Bridge, and the extension will be active.
